FAQs
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Absolutely. It is a requirement that our technicians travel to training opportunities held across the country when able and all of our employees regularly participate in online training sessions. This industry has such a wide array of products to be serviced and installed that you have to participate in training whenever you can.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Camera systems, safe installations, safe combination changes, keys, rekeying, master key systems, intercom systems, card reader systems, access control systems, decorative hardware, skeleton keys, vending machine locks, mailbox locks, preventative maintenance, lockouts, emergency services, estimates and surveys.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Check credentials! Especially in the Philadelphia area there are a large quantity of scammer locksmiths. These are people that work for companies based outside the United States that will tell you a price over the phone and when their techs get to the job location they claim its something else and charge you 5x more. Make sure that whoever you hire is a member of ALOA which is the national locksmith association which performs background tests and offers education on different subjects to locksmiths. Also you should always strive to hire someone who is accredited with the BBB and who has a good rating!
