What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My family packages usually start at $250, but depending on the budget of the client, I really just tailor a package that fits their needs and their wallet.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My approach is SO personal and varies from client to client. When I work with brides, we handpick the shots that are most important to her together, so that when the big day comes there are no worries. When I am working with a new family. We talk on the phone, email back and forth, and usually style the session together using Pinterest. I am truly flexible, so if I have a client who wants to meet for coffee ahead of time, we do it.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been taking pictures my whole life and have been pursuing this dream for about 6 years now.
