- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We price fairly and can match our competitor's price. We offer financing for those who are interested.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Step 1: We set up an appointment to meet with the customer to give a free estimate. Step 2: We send them the estimate along with our business license and other info. Step 3: Customer signs the contract, picks out roof color, and sends deposit. Step 4: We notify customer the approximate date we will start the job. Step 5: We prepare the area of the home to working on it. Step 6: Once the job is done, we send the customer an invoice. Step 7: If job comes with a warranty, we send out the warranty after receiving invoice payment.
