Mark quickly (in 2 days) used paint and purchased wood to repair exterior damage caused by a car hitting the trim around the garage door
Timely, professional, great communication, open-minded, knowledgable, efficient, and quality work. We are very pleased with the wood trim addition to our island, removal of an old countertop and painting of the unit. We will be using Ardmor again in the future. Thanks guys!
I hired Kevin to help do some wiring, framing, and drywall so I would be able to mount a tv in a difficult location. He was very knowledgeable and was able to find some creative ways to get around a few unexpected problems he encountered once the wall was opened up. Another contractor I had come to look at the project told me it was no possible and left but now the job is done and my tv looks great with no wires showing.
By far Rory is the most pleasant contractor to deal with. Such a nice guy and for the work he does, his prices cant be beat. Highly recommend.
DRA is a Class Act. We had them inspect several windows to determine what needed to be done. They replaced a few windows in a very timely manner, Not to mention they showed up on time and kept their work area very clean. I've had a lot of experience with Contractors as I am a Contractor myself and I can honestly say DRA did a fantastic job from start to finish. I'll only be using them for any window needs from this point on. Thanks guys.
We will be hiring him again for other projects.
Will's Home Remodeling was the general contractor for my major residential renovation at 183Jordan Road in Somers Point NJ. The project took about 4 months to complete where we completely gutted and renovated this badly damaged home that sat vacant for over 5 years. This was a $100k+ renovation for total labor and materials and Will and his team were the glue that kept the project on track and within budget. Will and his team personally completed all new vinyl siding, all new windows, new roofing, new gutters, new insulation, several new walls, stucco and cement repair, new stair steps, bathroom and shower and back splash and accent tile work, kitchen cabinet installation, wall board, spackling, caulking, trim work, door frames, shower doors and many miscellaneous requests. Will partnered well with some challenging subcontractors in the areas of plumbing, electrical, outside concrete, flooring and granite counter top installation. When the other subcontractors dropped the ball, Will was always there with a creative solution and to help get them back on task. I would definitely hire Wills Home Remodeling for my next project.
Jake is a great contractor. His work is outstanding and he has great attention to detail and very willing to work with the customer. I am very happy with the finished product and the very competitive pricing. I would highly recommend him and his work .
I needed my range hood replaced & I wanted it vented outside the home. Tim & co-worker Rich were meticulous from start to finish. Two cabinets had to come out so the hood would fit properly. They were removed, the crown molding was cut & replaced. Everything looks great! Two of the nicest contractors I've ever met. If you want quality workmanship, a job done right, you need to make a call...but hurry. I've got a feeling their going to be very busy:-)
Roberto at Firm Renovations was wonderful to work with. He was very knowledgeable and went above and beyond to help me find parts for some of my small handyman projects. He came in with two of his crew members and they were able to knock out an entire list of my "to do" projects. They responded immediately after I posted on Thumbtack and they also came out for an estimate right away. They were on time for the job and they were neat and organized with all projects. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for help from a contractor or handyman.
Alex is the best contractor and he's professional installer for all carpenter's. I'm recommend him.
Showcase redid my whole house, Tile flooring, kitchen and bathroom. It was great to work with 1 contractor to do the whole job.
Rich is a very professional contractor to work with.
Mike was very obliging, and he asked several times if I was satisfied. I asked him to re-trim a bush, after he finished the job, and he immediately obliged. I was very impressed. I will call him again. I am extremely satisfied.
John is a fantastic painting contractor. He helped me out when I had selected a VERY BAD contractor to stain my deck. John is a fine individual who will bid you fairly, work consistently, arrive on time, and generally do what he says he will do. The parts of the deck he did are perfect! Not so much for the other guy who never finished. I recommend John highly and have several of his business cards to share with my friends. I definitely would hire John again.
I was looking for contractors for stucco repairs on my new house. As soon as I got in touch with Mr Roger's, the search was over. He is highly professional, and values the time of his clients. I got my quote in just 1 day. He is highly knowledgeable when it come to stucco repairs. I was highly impressed how he was familiar with stucco inspection reports and knew excatly what to repair hence save us lot of money. I was so impressed by them, that I had to write the review even before they started working on my house. Can't wait till they start.
Paul did a great job on my living room trim. I would definitely recommend his carpentry expertise.
We initially had Tom out to give us an estimate on extending our fence so that we could fit our pool in our backyard and still meet the township requirements. By the time we got done talking, we also hired him to run the electric for our pool AND finish our huge basement. In two weeks, YES 2 weeks, they finished the fence, ran the electric, hauled away stuff from the basement that we didn’t want, AND not only finished our basement, but literally turned it into a basement that my entire family never wants to leave. Tom and his team were professional, responsive, and truly cared about every detail that they put into their work. They worked every single day (including weekends) to make sure that they not only meet their timeline, but exceeded our expectations. I have never had such a positive experience with a contractor and our family is completely IN LOVE with our gorgeous basement! Thank you Tom & team for making our basement dream come true at an extremely competitive price that we could afford. I’m almost certain we’ll be seeing you soon for whatever we decide our next project will be!
It was an absolute pleasure working with Peter my wife and I are extremely happy that we hired him. He was on time every day and even stayed late every day till the work was done. He stayed within our timeframe. It was an absolute pleasure working with Peter my wife and I are extremely happy that we hired him. He was on time every day and even stayed late every day till the work was done. He stayed with in our timeframe. We have had a lot of contractors work on our house and not one of them cleaned up after themselves I have to say he left the worksite spotless every day and checked in with us at least every other day to make sure everything looked OK. We will absolutely hire Peter again and we have already recommended him to many people who have already booked him after seeing the work that he has done.
We had a roof leak that caused drywall and hardwood floor damage. Excellent painters and did a good job with vinyl flooring. The family contractors did a great job at a reasonable price. Everything was restored to good as new. They are very hard and efficient workers. Very polite, start early and finish late. Maintain a very clean work area. They removed all trash and left a very orderly work area each day. We definitely would hire them again and recommend them to others.
You might have heard of the project management triangle in business school. A simplied version of it which I generally refer to when hiring contractors is the good, fast, cheap triangle - where you can only pick two sides. So if a contractor is good and fast, he’s not going to be cheap - or if he’s fast and cheap, he’s not going to be good, etc. J Federline Construction has proven themselves to be the exception to that rule. They came in and did a great job, quickly and on a very reasonable budget. I couldn’t be happier and plan on using them again for various projects around the house.
