I have been going to the yoga breathing classes over a year now, and each class is a relaxing experience. the instructor teaches breathing techniques that help stress levels throughout the day. the exercises are basic to do but important to accomplish.

Anna is amazing. I think what sets her apart is the completeness of her classes. She is able to create an environment that opens you up to feel present and then directs you through a vigorous and well thought out class. Along with her knowledge and understanding of yoga she brings fun and understanding that makes you feel comfortable and ready to try anything. I look forward to every time I see Anna's class at a time I can take it.
I have had the pleasure of taking Annie's class for the past few months and have been quite impressed with her consistency over these months. She teaches with a very authentic and compassionate presence. Her knowledge of the postures and how to sequence them is also very impressive. Annie's classes flow with a great ease allowing the student to gain a deep sense of release and relaxation. I have been teaching yoga for 10 years and would recommend Annie to anyone who is looking for a deep and meaningful yoga practice.
