Dave is a complete professional. He arrived exactly on time, introduced himself and explained all the steps. His equipment is state-of-the-art; non invasive, quiet and leaves no residue or moisture behind. He is enthusiastic about his work and is willing to demonstrate the cleaning technology and amazing results. He was cordial and presented himself well. I felt comfortable with him in my home and will absolutely have him back. My chairs and rugs look great. I also felt the service was a great value.
