my HVAC. Courtesy, punctuality, responsiveness, all a plus.

Andrea Moro says, "Recently used them to install my HVAC. Courtesy, punctuality, responsiveness, all a plus. And I had many questions I needed answers to, and they patiently answered them all. They planned ahead of time, asked me about my siding color, and offered to pre-paint the line cover to match so it would blend right in. That kind of attention to detail is great, and it made the whole install go smoother. Would recommend."

to take over regular maintenance of our Mitsubishi heat pump system after the previous company we used got taken over by private equity

Saul Goodman says, "I asked Product Air to take over regular maintenance of our Mitsubishi heat pump system after the previous company we used got taken over by private equity (we prefer working with locally operated, family-owned businesses). I was very pleasantly surprised that the technician who arrived for the service call was a co-owner of the business. He was very knowledgeable and very friendly; he spent time with me answering various questions that I had that fell well outside the scope of a regular maintenance inspection and wasn't at all pushy with sales tactics for things like upgrades, memberships, etc."
