Nancy Pettigrew says, "The framing of the window in the shower and the professional painting on the walls are examples of how everything felt customized for us.My original reason for the renovation was to provide greater access for a handicapped family member. Not only did we accomplish that, we have a beautiful new bathroom for the whole family to enjoy. At the beginning of our work together and once we decided on final design, Rob quoted a price, which was the first time this extensive project felt affordable. Once agreed upon, Ohio Renovations Solutions delivered everything on time as promised and within budget. It never felt like this was just another job for this team as Rob communicated schedules, progress and updates daily with continuous check-in to ensure we were satisfied and to see if we had any questions. We were also impressed and grateful that the owner of the company stopped by to introduce himself, which further affirmed our confidence in their dedication to helping people discover and enjoy their renovation solutions. Not only do I highly recommend them for their quality, character and service, they have gained our trust and confidence in being our choice for any future solutions we want for our home.Thank you to each and all of you at Ohio Renovation Solutions!"
