Gale D. says, "I had a Google Nest installed and Marlon reached out timely. He arrived on time and ready to work explaining to the process so that I understood what was happening. Marlon made sure I could connect online. When the system wasn't working as it should, he checked the condenser outside (which wasn't even involved in the Nest install) and found a major problem! Marlon took the time to make this repair (texting me and sending videos of what the problem was and then the fix). I'm well aware he could have just walked away and said the problem was not part of the scope of what I hired him for. BUT, because of his obvious strong sense of integrity he saw the problem and fixed it!! I'm a senior and have already referred him to my family (and he would be a big hit with my Church family as well)!"
