in two years after putting on a whole new opener.

Michael W. says, "This is our second issue with this garage door in two years after putting on a whole new opener. The company who did repairs before came out quick each time we called but we needed a second opinion at this point.

After I describe the issue over chat on Thumbtack Orlando from ROLL called me and we talked through the issue with the opener. He suggested going through LiftMaster for warranty claim which I hadn’t considered doing because i’ve had such frustrating experiences, trying to do similar claims in the past. LiftMaster came through and so did Orlando by coming by two days after I received the part in the mail.

He was able to install the motor into the existing opener, saving $500 over what I’ve been quoted for a entirely new opener and all the equipment and he quoted me $100 less than the other guys for a stronger opener if the replacement motor hadn’t worked!

I’d really recommend Orlando and ROLL if you have a problematic garage door alone, but on top of that, the prices were even better then the same day guys and I got more time with Orlando to feel confident that I knew what issues could occur in the future and how to avoid them."
