We hired Jose for our Corporate Holiday event and he was beyond great. The service, the layout,organization and the food was amazing. We even had a setback due to the building management and he was flexible to adjust. - What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Prices will vary, every case is different I will personalize every event and I will offer the best accommodation to my client in order to get him satisfied.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Contact the customer and get as much information as posible about the event. Proceed with a quote and work it out until customer and I get into an agreement. 50% in advance and the remaining balance 2 days previous the event date.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?20 years experience in Spanish/Latin cuisine. Graduated from Le Cordon Bleu in Culinary Arts focused on traditional French cuisine. I developed my expertise as Paella cook after working for 10 years in a Spaniard restaurant as Executive Chef.
