I will help you create a meal plan and a workout program that fits in your goal and lifestyle. Our first assessment will be a 10min phone call Answering health questionnaires , related to nutrition, fitness and injuries . This will give me a clear guidance on how to customize your plan depending on your goals . Each month we will go over the nutrition and workout plan to make changes depending on the progress. 60 minutes of excercises with me to help you unleash your power and discover the new you . (This is based on Cardiovascular/Strenght and HITT endurance ) Take control and let's train together 💪
