Introduction: I have over 40 years of experience in home maintenance, repair, and remodeling. I do everything from cleaning to rebuilding including: tile work, wood flooring, interior and exterior painting, drywall repairs, plumbing leak repair, hanging light fixtures and ceiling fans, pressure washing, screen repair, stone pavers installation, landscaping, gutter cleaning, toilet installation, carpentry and much more, the list could go on forever. There isn't much I haven't seen. If I don't know what to do, I'll tell you. I never over sell my abilities. I take great care in what I do and will treat your project as if I was doing work for my own family. Having just moved to Sutherlin from Florida, I am building a new business base here and am excited to be taking on the challenge of building up my client base of people who are glad to refer me to family and friends. I look forward to doing a fair and honest job for you so that you too are glad to refer me to your family and friends. I really enjoy helping people. My favorite is when I can tell someone that their problem is not as big as they were afraid and that I can help them for less than they had been afraid that it would be.

Troy is a very nice man, and very conscientious about his work. Unfortunately what I wanted done, couldn't be done, not because of his lack of skill but what we found inside my wall. I hired him to install a recessed dryer vent in my laundry room, but when he cut away the drywall, found electrical and plumbing that prevented the vent from being installed properly. I did not want to get into trying to move plumbing so elected to scratch the project. He replaced the drywall and baseboard very well, and even repainted the area so that it is barely noticeable.

I hired Troy to install two post lights in the front of my house. There was an electrical problem which he found and repaired. He did an excellent job and I have booked him to do some interior painting because my wife and I feel very comfortable leaving him working at our house while we are at work.

Troy fixed some outlets that were not functional and installed a new power drop for me. He accomplished both tasks excellently. Moreover, he charged an extremely fair price for the entire job. Troy is friendly and professional, and I would not hesitate to hire him again for fixes/upgrades for my house.

I have used Troy for numerous jobs (hanging a ceiling fan; installing light fixtures, a water heater, dishwasher, new sink; a complete bathroom remodel, painting, plumbing repairs, tile work) and every project turned out perfectly. How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have been working on houses professionally since I was 12. I even have experience earlier than that. My grandfather owned a couple of rental houses and 2 laundromats that I do work for him on. I have a memory of pushing a dust mop when I was 5.
