My family and I travelled to Orlando for a Christmas vacation. Chef Maurice came each day for a week and catered to a family of 13 which included 7 adults and 6 children, age 3 to 14. He was able to prepare meals to accommodate finicky children to hungry adults. He was able to meet the demands of our daily changing schedule. Not only was he flexible, he easily meshed with the personalities of our family. This could not have been easy since we were in and out of the kitchen. The food was terrific. Breakfast was made to order as everyone tumbled out of bed to the smell of coffee and the menu of the day. Although I was offered to create a menu with the chef, I chose to tell him our likes and dislikes. Everyday was a wonderful surprise. Everything from steak dinners, grilled meats to wraps. I personally loved the meatballs. Chef Maurice created desserts, including a special birthday cake for us. The spread of appetizers for New Years Eve was spectacular! This was my 1st experience having a personal chef. His expertise, professionalism and service were outstanding. Without a doubt, he enhanced our vacation with his gourmet food. I would highly recommend his company.

Csilla had baked my son's birthday cakes for years and they are always moist, delicious and incredibly creative. Great value and she's the only one I'll order my cakes and pastries from. She also makes European pastries that I've tried in the past and they are nothing shy of fantastic. Totally satisfied and then-some!
The Kitchen Crusader prepared a 4-course meal for a dinner party. Chef Leslie was prompt in communication and brought all of the ingredients to our house. She discussed menu ideas with us, providing suggestions and making sure we had a wide variety of flavors and selections for our guests. She is very accommodating for any specific tastes or dietary restrictions. All of our guests were thrilled with the delicious dishes! The food quality and service was impeccable. Chef Leslie is professional and courteous respectful to you and your house. We highly recommend her!
Oprah is truly talented. She is a phenomenal chef and impressed me with the first bite of a three-course meal. We would use her again in a heartbeat. She helped me pull off a surprise Birthday/Valentine's dinner for my fiancé. She had all the tools and ingredients for a meal at a 5-star restaurant but it was at our home. She served us, cooked for us, and cleaned up the entire kitchen for us. The kitchen was cleaner after the meal then it was when she started cooking! She was sweet, and kind hearted. I cannot wait to have her over for a dinner party and share her talents with others!
I hired Chef Julio for my baby shower and it was the BEST decision I've ever made! He made the theme to be appetizers from all around the world. From tapas from Spain to the famous mini alcapurrias from Puerto Rico. He created for us a beautiful baby carriage made from watermelon and different kinds of fruit. I recommend him for any kind of activity. My rate: A+
