- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is simple and straightforward. We charge either by the hour or by the agreed upon project estimate. We never nickel and dime our clients nor have any hidden fees. New clients normally pay a 50% deposit to book and the balance upon delivery of the images.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our number one focus is to understand our client’s needs and expectations. Our policy is to “over deliver” on image quality, professionalism and kindness. We always give 110% whether you’re a new client or we’ve previously knocked it out of the park together. Let’s chat about your project!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I bring over 22 years of continuous professional photographic experience to the table. I also graduated with Honors from Daytona State college with a “Photographic Technology” degree. I’ve owned and operated my own studio since 2006. Prior to that I was a staff photographer and studio manager with three various advertising agencies, including a four year position as the Walt Disney World Co.
