I connected with RAP on thumbtack back in 2014. At the time I was seeking a female trainer. I was a newly divorcee, my self esteem was at an all time low. I was not looking to train with the opposite sex. I say all that to say, that although our connection was brief he left such an impact on me, so much so that I saved his number! Needless to say, I looked for him at the beginning of this year (2016) and trained with him for about 3 months. So glad that I did!! I was very comfortable with his workouts. He's very attentive to his clients and will work the areas you're targeting. More importantly he kept it interesting and motivating during each session. The gym is quaint and the people that frequent there are very friendly. Overall, nice location & atmosphere and RAP is very knowledgable and always willing to share good tips on diet plans and exercises to follow at home. Truly a great trainer! Even if you don't choose to do a "one on one" training he still makes the time to make you feel like it is, he's quite the multitasker! I feel and look fantastic! Thank you, RAP!
I started training at Benefitness a month ago and it has already exceeded my expectations. Alex Latow has been my personal trainer since January of 2015. He trained me while we were both attending Cornell College in Mount Vernon, Iowa and will remain as my trainer through the 2015 summer in Deltona, Florida. Alex was always looking for feedback and was always very clear with the goals we were setting both short-term and long-term. He would go above and beyond always on time whether it was 6am before school, or 7pm after track practice he was always there and ready to train. He could always explain the purpose of each exercise and was ready and able to give demonstrations when needed. Alex is an incredibly dedicated individual and I was able to achieve my body fat percentage and weight goals very quickly thanks to Alex's knowledge with diet plans, cardiovascular, and strength training.

A very simple, fast and productive workout designed to get you in and out in under 30 minutes. I believe this technique of training is like no other; it pushes you in every situation, which gives you faster results compared to other training methods in the end. Body Ology taught me perseverance; to never give up no matter how much it hurts, no mater how much pain you're in. The one on one interaction with Brion overall gave me a better sense of confidence, motivation, and a drive like no other, which I will continue to use in my everyday life! If you simply give it your all, and work as hard as you can, there's nothing stopping you from reaching your goal! Body Ology definitely opened my eyes into the world of "negative" which continues to give me the results I look for today! Jake is one of the most caring loving and funniest trainer I ever met. He really makes you feel comfortable he makes you feel like you are at home he treats you like you are family and not just me he treats everyone the same. Such an amazing guy! If you are looking for a trainer that can push you but also give you a good laugh and a good time while you're training this is the guy to go to !
Chris is a very professional personal trainer who loves what he does for a living. He is very attentive and focused on you and your session when training with him. After starting the program, it seemed to me that I was always eating (per my trainers instructions), and I didn't see how it could possibly help my weight by eating more often. However, I was reassured at two weeks when I realized that my waist size had already decreased! I'm excited about sticking with the program 3 times a week. Its very encouraging and fun. I highly recommend working out with Chris, to obtain the results that you desire. We have only one body, so it's important to treat it with the respect it deserves. I have been training with Ryan three times a week, for the past three weeks, and for one hour. He is the best trainer I’ve ever had because he really focuses on my weaknesses, my form (to correct me on the proper form of the exercise), and what exercises work well for me even with injuries I received in the past. On top of that, I had a c-section a year (13 months ago to be exact), and I’m already seeing results! My stomach drastically started dissappearing and I no longer have rolls on my back - after only three weeks! I plan on training with him for a while - even when I get pregnant again!

Training with Jim was a great experience. I was able to kick start my fitness journey with creative circuit training at times and locations that were most convenient for my schedule.
