Extremely quick response time, was able to come in for a consultation next day on short notice for a ceiling fan I needed help wiring and mounting. Technician was knowledgeable, professional, arrived on time, installed the fan perfectly and efficiently. Was also able to answer all questions related to home wiring I had.

I have a mobile home property that had really bad electrical set up . Everything kept tripping in the house until eventually only half the mobile home had electricity. Turns out I needed to run new wires to the box and had to do a bunch of other things . Joe from charter came out and did the work . It was 2-3 day job that required digging and going under my mobile home . Joe did an amazing job. He takes pride in his work and does it well. By the time the job was completed all my outlets worked and I quote a bit of power coming to the house . I would absolutely use charter electric again and I would ask for Joe !
