- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Weekly service requires an in person estimate. The price of the service is based of the linear footage of the pool. All repair calls are based on time and material minimum one hour of labor.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The process begins with a representative from our company coming out to the home to inspect the condition of the pool as well estimating the pool for weekly service or repair.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 17 years experience in the pool industry.
