- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I love to travel. I grew up in a military family were we were constantly on the move if it wasn't a reassignment to a new base we were traveling about the countries in which we were stationed. When my dad retired we moved to Florida with my mother's from my very first job was at Walt Disney World resort. A career in travel is what I was destined to do.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Be sure to ask the right questions. Ask your agent when the last time they traveled was and what type of vacation did they take. Ask yourself if they're asking you the right questions or are they just picking something because it pays a higher commission or a bonus. Make sure your agent is taking good care of you.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
