- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?The type of photography or videography to be done directly impacts the rate we charge.We provide services in several areas including: Portraiture: including family, individual, model, actor, Event: Corporate event, party, ceremony Commercial: Promotional, Informative, Infomercial, Product We price based on the time it takes to cover the event and the amount of post production work to be done.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Provide the customer basic information about ourselves and review any specifics about the project. We are also available to answer any and all questions our customers have. We ask them questions about the details of the shoot so that we have a clear picture of what they want. This puts us in the best position to deliver it to them and get their total satisfaction.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?Life is a learning experience. Photography is growing very fast and the technology changes constantly. Therefore, several times a year we attend seminars on our craft as well as attend webinars and classes. I also teach photography skills to my new recruits so that when they are on the job, they know exactly what to do.
