- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is straightforward meaning no hidden cost we will give you a flat rate price after evaluation. No more worries about paying high rates by the hour and or being over charged per parts.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with asking a few questions relating to your drain/plumbing issues and then we get you all set up on our schedule. We send an email and text appointment confirmation. But it gets even better we offer ETA updates so that you know where your technician is and how far the technician is from arriving to your home. Communication is key!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Service plumber for almost 11 years. I started as an apprentice and worked my way up the hard way. I’ve learned so much over the years but the most important part is customer service and having great communication skills.
