Scott is an extremely hard worker with an incredible work ethic. His knowledge about all types of repairs was amazing. He was able to fix everything and more that we asked at an incredible value. His attention to detail and quality of work were greatly appreciated. We have already asked to hire him when we move into our new home and I have recommended him to friends. Quality work and an honest, hard worker!Aug 5, 2017Verified

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?i don't have a price sheet i follow for every task. i do have prices set for some repairs. i base most of my work on a hourly rate on how long i think it will take, and think is that fair to ask for the job. of course i don't want to bid to high and not get the job. but i do need to make a living.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?listen to what they would like done. Talk with them to in sure when we can get together, set a time and date when we can get together.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?i continually read 2 magazines for my field and look for class offered that i can expand my skill set on.
