A.F.Neal Construction[Andy] appraised my newly purchased 40 year old condo home and provided me with a contract in a very timely manner. He began shortly thereafter and after gutting the 2 bedroom condo began reconstruction of the interior. He is very knowledgeable in electric, plumbing, knockdown, crown molding, repair of damaged areas, tile work, painting etc. I was on site frequently asking questions and he always answered them patiently. He is very honest in his dealings. I even gave him a key so when I was gone a month after I moved in for him to complete his work. He always gave above and beyond what I expected of a workman.
He offered suggestions when I had things I wanted done and even moved a wall 6 inches so I could have a door on my closet laundry. I was amazed at his problem solving.
I am very pleased to tell you that if I need to do anything like this, more or less, he is who I can trust to do the job as I like things done.[like my daddy]

Adrian Neal not only does excellent work, but also cares about his clients and their needs. He gave very good suggestions as we worked on renovating our kitchen and went above and beyond by following through with his suggestion of building whole new cabinet doors, an action I did not expect but which totally enhanced our kitchen. I am so pleased with the new wood -like tile flooring and the newly installed appliances. One wall was removed which opened the kitchen area access to other rooms. The job was well done. Neal Construction can be trusted for excellence.

Absolutely superb work! My disabled father had a severe roof leak on his mobile home that had gone undetected. By the time we realized the problem, major damage had been done. Andy was skilled in detecting damage that was not visible to the rest of us, thus preventing mold issues that would have developed if not taken care of. He not only repaired the roof, but he tore out old dry wall and carpeting and replaced them with new. His experienced advice and superior workmanship was a huge blessing to our family!
