- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge hourly if the job last longer than anticipated but usually can agree with the customer to charge by the job. minimum charge is 3 hours
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First is introduction I let the customer know about my experiences and I explain how my warranty works aswell
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a associate degree in computer info systems I also have D.C.S.E dell certified systems engineer certification. I have worked with Apple, Dell and HP warranty repair centers in tennessee and Georgia.
