Super-fast service!!! This guy is just unbelievable! I am so overwhelmed by the professionalism of the service and most importantly his so honest!!! You can’t get small business like that today. I opened my brand new printer and discovered its not working properly. I bought it really long time ago but never used it. I called HP and discovered of course, my warranty has expired. I Called John from PC Printer Paradise. He came at the same day ( 2 hours after we spoke ) did his diagnostic, came back the next day after I contact him and told him my experience with HP… John came back took the printer fixed it and then he emailed me the bill… I am impressed to say how much. Honest takes you a long way especially when you own a small business. So from a small business owner to a small business owner… I can’t thank you enough for your service! I will make sure anyone I know will call you first! Thank you!!!
