- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our prices are fair and affordable and we give incentives to customers that want to sign up with ongoing service. With general pest control prices are based on linear feet of the home. A pest control company should charge you the same price for a two story home as a one story home as long as the linear feet of the houses is identical on both properties. The technician will spend the same amount of time on each property. Bed bug jobs are priced on square footage or number of rooms.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I ask questions to become familiar with your situation. Then, I scheduled an appointment for a free inspection. I discuss with the customer my findings, recommendations, and prices. If the customer is ready to go we can start service right on the spot.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Before I opened my own company I worked for the two largest family owned pest control companies in the country. Over the years I have worked as both commercial and residential technician. I have tried countless treatment methods so I know how to eliminate any common pests. We use the latest materials and treatment methods in then industry. And we also invest on the best equipment.
