Jimmy is an excellent trainer. He truly cares about your well being as a person concerning your goals, needs, and wants. I am a trainer myself and personally Jimmy has showed me different aspects concerning fitness. He introduced me to HIT and intermittent fasting which I use for my clients. I also had the pleasure of allowing Jimmy train as if I was training to be in a show. I got my body fat down to about 9%. In conclusion if you looking for a trainer who is about his business, who cares about your progression, who will challenge you, teach you nutrition and the aspects of fitness....then Jimmy is your man. Not only do I appreciate him as a trainer but he has become a person who I consider a friend. If you are ready to make a change.....then look no further commit now!!!

Before Jimmy I was training 4-5 days/wk, 1-1.5 hrs/day. I hit a plateau and didn't see any progress for months. At that time my BF was about 14%. With Jimmy, because of his knowledge and the efficiency of his training, we trained no more than 1.5 hrs/wk. My strength and conditioning went up and my BF went down to 6%, but I gained 7 lbs of lean muscle mass in the process. Training this way you don't need to spend tons of time at the gym doing endless hours of cardio. He cares for his clients and that they reach their goals. He pushed me to discover my true strength and was an excellent coach along the way. Not only is he encouraging but the progress you see on a weekly basis with HIT is very encouraging. With Jimmy as my coach, I've been on stage and competed in Men's Physique - and have brought home some trophies. I'm very thankful to Jimmy for his coaching, patience and experience. I look forward to getting more trophies with him as my coach.

“I trained with Jimmy for over 2 years, and it was wonderful experience. He is not only very professional trainer but he is, as I would consider him, a good friend. He is one of the most open, honest, considerate, and patient people I know. My time with him honestly flies by because either he’s cracking a joke, or we’re focused on a new exercise, or I’m telling a story while doing squat-thrusts or dead lifts.
