- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start by learning about your project, priorities, budget, and timeline. After reviewing the scope, we provide a clear estimate and discuss the best approach for the work. Once approved, we coordinate scheduling, materials, and installation. Throughout the project, we keep communication clear, protect your home, maintain a clean work area, and pay close attention to the details. Before we consider the job complete, we walk through the finished work with you and make sure everything meets expectations.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team brings more than 15 years of hands-on experience in home improvement, renovation, installation, and repair work. Over the years, we have completed hundreds of residential and commercial projects, gaining extensive practical experience in flooring, tile, drywall, painting, finish work, cabinetry, remodeling, and general home improvements. For us, experience is measured by the quality of the finished work and the customers who continue to recommend us.
