  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    For staging, the most important factors that deterine pricing depends on number of areas being staged and the scale of the home. For interior design, we generally charge an hourly rate with a mark-up on any products purchased on behalf of our client.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    Typically we like to start with an exploratory Zoom callk to review the goals of the project to make sure we are aligned with the customer and our needs. From there, we schedule a site visit to come to the property and make an assessment.

  • How did you get started doing this type of work?

    Margaret Schaffer, owner and creative director, worked in real estate and interior design before finding her niche as one of the leading home merchandising strategists in South Florida. She credits her time in real estate and interior design as giving her a unique perspective how homes need to be styled to secure top market value.
