Introduction: For $100 I offer 6 self defense lessons. Each lesson is private or semi private. (Yourself and your partner or spouse) Location can be at your home (Palm Beach or Broward County), or a private martial arts studio in Boca Raton. Each lesson is aprox 2 hours. Lessons cover REALITY BASED SELF DEFENSE Techniques, Escape: Grabs, Holds, Chokes etc, DRILLS Cover Techniques under stress and fatigue, Rape prevention and Home Invasion Preparation Courses Available.Bully Prevention & Defense Course Available for children. Advanced Techniques Include Gun & Knife Disarms and Gun Deployment Tactics. ALL Techniques are REALITY BASED and are designed for a non experienced practioner. I will gladly customize a lesson plan for an elderly person, female, previous victim etc based on your specific individual needs and goals. Call me to discuss your goals.
