Introduction: I have been a trainer for 9 years and i really like to change peoples lives. I'm certified with 2 certifications; IFPA and NCSF. I work with functional training, and resistance weight training but I pretty much customize my clients workout to tone, lose weight or gain muscle mass depending on desired results. I have worked with a variety of clients at every age, it is never too early or too late to start a healthier lifestyle.

If you are looking for a PT he is knowledgeable and works to create a training program to fit you. Dependable, punctual, able to conform to outdoor and indoor workouts.
