Woke up to scratching sounds in attic and new we had a rat or a squirrel. Did a google map search and found Balistreri Pest Service. The owner took my call at 7:10am and he was at my house by 8:20am... WOW!! He set some traps. Afterwards, he walked the property and sealed the A/C chase which was the point of entry along with another A/C chase at other side of house and a couple of drain lines. Very thorough work. My current exterminator company (that I couldn't reach) never took the initiative. Next month they are out and Balistreri is in. Shared my story with my neighbor and he also changing. Have to admit, I got lucky picking a name from Google but worked out very well. Rat was trapped, rodent bait boxes set, house sealed tight so able to sleep again. Highly recommend!!
