I am a single woman who needed to list and sell 2 residential properties and buy a new residence. In the end, I had 3 closings in 10 days...the sale of the 2 properties and the purchase of my present residence. I've worked for Innovative Realty Professionals for four years now with much satisfaction. The office is ran in such a professional and reliable manner which makes it easier to work with the public and project the same. Khara is such a wonderful Broker who is supportive and interested in my success. She has proven, several times over, to be a eager to find solutions to situations. Her communication style is what I admire most because she conveys her thoughts with such sincerity letting you know that she's on your side. Although the office hours may be listed on the door, she has made herself available to me via email or phone call whenever I needed it.
