I have worked with and even co-chaired with Leah Sosa on several regional and global projects. What stands out to me foremost is her dedication and persistence with what she has committed herself to. She seems to have unending energy and ideas. She was very valuable especially in motivating others to participate and give their all to the project at hand. We were working on a volunteer basis so people aren't always consistent or 100% in these scenarios but she knew just what to say to ignite the desire and creativity in them to follow through and make the events a great success. I much admire Leah's ability to stand up at a momentâs notice in front of a group, coordinate her thoughts and project them to the group to get the team motivated and in action. People seem to gravitate toward her and respect her ideas and what she is asking them to accomplish. I would work with her without hesitation knowing I had a strong and committed leader by my side. She has great vision and understanding of how a goal can be manifested, the importance it has for those involved, and the steps needed to bring it to completion. It has been and continues to be my pleasure to work together.
