FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have a few pricing systems depending on what type of work that is being asked for. Some include all the materials, labor and profit, such as kitchens etc. But when it comes to things as the type of flooring or tile in bathrooms, then we sometimes let the customer pay for that separately and not include it in the price. Too many details of each and how the customer wants to do it, to show.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After we have first met with the potential client. We would expect them to check out our company's track record via any referrals that we have submitted. Hopefully we agree what was discussed and agreed on the price which would be written in the contract
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The school of hard knocks. The people that work with us including myself, have been in the business since their teens. Some in one area of expertise, others in all areas. We are all experienced in the remodeling industry and new construction. And have had some of the best teachers (our Fathers and old timers back then) when we were young
