Chef Tiffanie came to our rescue. We were expecting 100 people for a company event and our caterer canceled 4 days before. Fortunately, Chef Tiffanie was available. She was very responsive, nailing down the details that very day. She had great suggestions and thought of every detail. Everyone enjoyed the food. Chef Tiffanie and her sous chef were great! We would definitely use them again.

My idea of a great get together is having a beautiful table presentation along with great-tasting foods. I myself entertain quite a bit in my own home in South Cape Coral, Florida. I also collect vintage linens, cocktail napkins, silverware, and serving equipment which I am happy to share. I have over 20 years as a co-partner in a Italian restaurant 20 miles north of Chicago and use to cater on the side. My passion is presenting my ideas, if needed, and talents, and making sure all things go perfectly smooth as planned. I love using my own "treasures" since I could never possibly use them all by myself. My business is a "hobby" which gives you undivided detailed attention to whatever you need done for your event.
