- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Unlike a lot of weekend course certified trainers out there, I've persued and attained a degree in exercise science and have an in depth understanding of anatomy and physiology as to how the body works and performs. I also do continuing education and reading on the latest research developments to stay ahead of the curve and to make things as effective as possible.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I've worked with a variety of ages ( 20's to 70's) to progress towards their physical goals including everything from weight loss, muscle gain, increasing mobility and flexibility, and even correcting dysfunctional movement patterns.
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
Husband and wife team each losing 10+ lbs ( as in 10lbs each individually!) in less than a month thru training and moderate dietary changes.
