Introduction: I offer private lessons to teens and adults on MONDAYS and TUESDAYS at my studio in Bonita Springs, FL. Please no young children. Students must be at least 13 years old. I very much believe in emphasizing having fun at every lesson so that students enjoy playing and learning more than ever. Please note I'm willing to give lessons over the internet BUT ONLY TO ADULTS WHO'VE HAD AT LEAST TWO (2) YEARS OF PRIVATE LESSONS. TEACHING BEGINNERS OVER THE INTERNET IS A WASTE OF TIME FOR BOTH OF US. So please look for another teacher if you're only interested in remote learning and are a beginner. Also please note that I no longer am taking young students, that is, students who are younger than 13 years old. Private lessons can't be beat for learning quickly & thoroughly - just read my reviews. Making music is so much fun, very rewarding, and excellent for your brain. Linda replied right away and was flexible enough to move our first lesson when I had a conflict. Linda also uses the same training material I am coming from, so it is s perfect fit.

Linda is an absolutely wonderful teacher and a pleasure to take lessons with. She is kind and patient, and allows me the flexibility of finally getting the opportunity to learn to play despite a very busy schedule. I would highly recommend her to any adults interested in taking lessons! She is absolutely lovely to learn along side of, and her home studio piano has a beautiful sound to it as well.

Linda was my daughter's piano teacher for several years and Annie grew not only as a pianist but as a musician! Linda taught theory and music history as well as instructing my daughter with her piano lessons. Linda is knowledgeable, patient, kind and has a special way of bringing out the best in her students! I wish she still lived in Wisconsin! I wholeheartedly recommend her as wonderful piano teacher. Linda's students are very lucky to have her!!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing system isn't complicated. It's simply $30 for a 30-minute lesson, $40 for a 45-minute lesson, and $50 for an hour. All I ask is to receive the teaching fees one month in advance and I'm always flexible to give make-up lessons in case of a student's illness.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We either have a meet and greet before lessons begin or talk extensively on the phone. That way the customer can get to know me a little and I can get a feel for what their musical goals are.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I'm always looking to improve my teaching skills by staying on top of the latest programs and workshops offered everywhere. I began private piano lessons as a young child, studied at John Herron Art Institute following high school, and took numerous classes and seminars over the 30 years I taught in Wisconsin.
