- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?I charge hourly if the job last longer than anticipated but usually can agree with the customer to charge by the job. minimum charge is 3 hours
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?First is introduction I let the customer know about my experiences and I explain how my warranty works aswell
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I have a associate degree in computer info systems I also have D.C.S.E dell certified systems engineer certification. I have worked with Apple, Dell and HP warranty repair centers in tennessee and Georgia.
