Christopher F. says, "Wil responded quickly and was able to complete work in short time span. Unfortunately during the final placement of glass pane another glass pane was accidentally broken. Rather than quibble over who is responsible for the accidental breakage I offered to cover the cost of material if he would quickly do the repair of that window also. Will declined taking any additional funds for the accident. I felt good about the work that was done so far and felt bad that perhaps the additional repair would leave him with little to no profit on the work done so I provided a $50 cash tip prior to the repair of the 2nd pane. The next day Will returned as he stated to complete the 2nd repair. Once all work was completed I asked what is the balance I have for him he charged me full price for the original work, plus charged for materials for the additional repair and deducted $0 of the cash tip already provided, not mention he had to borrow my chalking gun which he accidentally left with but return the next day. Additionally the original panes of glass were tinted the replacement glassed was clear. The overall price for work done was “fair” but certainly not a bargain. The quality of installation again was fair not extremely precise or neat but adequate. The highlight is the responsiveness and short time frame the work was completed in."See more
