- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Typically we have a service/consultation charge but that is waived if service and parts are required. We give seniors and veterans discounts. We will also work with folks who have hardships on a case by case basis. We understand how tough it is raising a family.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically we talk and text with customers and ask for photographs and descriptions of what they are experiencing. Initially we need to determine safety issues. Are there loose wires? Is there water? Any odd odors? Do they have dogs? That way we can be prepared to address all the issues when we arrive. We inform the customer about everything we are doing and make sure they are comfortable with everything we are doing.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are college educated and have attended the best HVAC school in south Florida on top of that.
