When I met John Zobel, I had a limited amount of money to renovate my apartment. It was A complete disaster. I was cautious about who to hire because I had heard of other people's nightmares with work not done properly. John's work was impeccable. He scraped my popcorn ceilings, repaired the walls, painted, installed my ceiling fans, added more shelves in my closet, installed my vanity, toilet bowls, hooked up my washer and dryer, re screened my windows, installed my kitchen cabinets, replaced my kitchen sink and faucet, hung all of my art work, etc. My apartment looks absolutely beautiful. Not to mention, it is worth double the amount of money and increase in rental income. His price was fair I recommend him highly.

Mr. Zobel work is exceptional. Not just his work, but offers idea's on how best to proceed what needs to be done on the job. From construction, painting, electrical, etc if he can't do it he will offer a qualified professional. well worth the time and money. he's fair and upfront with his prices and all around does great work. he worked on my place and you would think with the quality of work he does, he was working on his place! John was able to come out the same day I called I never used Thumbtack before and did not know what to expect he did a very professional job on my front entrance screen door which was bent out of shape with broken hinges along with the automatic return unit, he replaced all broken hinges and return unit, he also repaired two broken faucets in my back yard, I will recommend John and Thumbtack to my neighbors and friends.......NO MORE ANGIES LIST !!!!!
