If you’re looking to commit to yourself to get in shape then Jeff is the person to go to. Jeff is totally focused on form! He will not let you fail with form. When I decided to hire a personal trainer I went online only to be confused with some of the trainers. One person did stand out over all the rest. I went online to search the feeders sites and decided to do my search on Thumbtack. Again this one trainer stood out over all the rest. I decided to make an appointment with Jeff. After meeting with him the first time I could see he was the trainer for me. I met him at his private gym and found out it was a well equipped gym and very clean. Jeff spent with me as much time as I needed so I could grasp what it takes to get into shape. He explained to me in detail how everything works to lose weight including the nutrition part. The next day we started the first workout session and I really know I worked out when I was finished. I have been training with Jeff for about 4 weeks now and every session is not only a great workout but an educational experience. Jeff educates you every session on the process of getting into a physically fit condition. I am so happy I found Jeff. Unlike some trainers Jeff is very punctual, very professional, very good work quality, and the value is very fare. Not expensive at all. He is always responsive to my needs and always answers my texts. All of this in the cleanly environment. His gym smells like a hospital not like your normal Gym. If you’re looking for a personal trainer and do not want to do this again then Jeff is the trainer for you. Jeff is truly a real professional.
I have known Frantz for over 5 years. As a trainer he is very intense he trains clients aggressively but only to their own limits. He does a thorough check on his clients to see what their restrictions are and everything he needs to provide training speficially made for the one person. He is like no other trainer in the local Boston surroundings. He has his own unique styles and methods. He provides individuals with their own nutrition so along with his great training they see results and get to enjoy a happier, healthy life and less time in the gym and more time enjoying life. Masha put together a wonderful nutrition and dietary plan for me. She spent a lot of time with me going over my health and my goals. She prepared foods for me and she is a gourmet cook. Jasmine is an amazing trainer! Even with seeing her as little as 1-2 times a week I see results, and she always has great advice on nutrition or how to keep active between sessions. She's also good at being motivating without being a drill sergeant. ;)

I love GTfitness! After two pregnancies I wasn't happy with my body. I was insecure and was very self conscious about my body. I joined the GTfitness hoping to get rid of my extra weight and I found very professional people who're willing to help others and reach their fitness goals. They've helped me to shaped my body, to gain my confidence back, to get out of my confort zone. I've done a show with their guidance where I got two first places and got National Qualifier. They've helped me trought prep for the show as well as after the show and have an overall healthy body during off season. They've given me with nutrition and workouts. I hired Frankkie to help me lose weight and shape up just after my second pregnancy on January 5, 2018 really not expecting a whole lot of change too soon. In only three weeks the results were astounding and I can't thank him enough. His expert exercise advice along with the nutritional is what really accelerates results. After having tried different “personalized” training programs by other fitness coaches (basically a copy paste from an online website) I decided to find someone with some real experience. I can only say good things about her training program, it was ideal for my body type and I started noticing changes in no time. Another great aspect of her program is the nutrition, I love my pizza and burgers (who doesn’t) from time to time but nutrition Is the most important part and sometimes the hardest to attaining your ideal body. She kept me motivated even when I thought I didn’t have anything left in me. Definitely recommended. She’s the best out there.
