I honestly can’t say enough to compliment this chef! Chef Alain was amazing. His asst Sarah was on point, polite, and so professional. (I recommend requesting her and tipping appropriately. She’s worth the high quality of personal chef staff.) Chef Alain made my father’s, small family, 70th birthday dinner party a lifetime memory. It’s been a few days and nothing tastes the same after you have food of this quality. We may use him for holiday dinners/small dinner parties bc chef Alain is worth it. Wonderful menus and excellent food! I especially like the fresh herbs and cooking wines/liquors with which Chef Alain cooks. - What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?I charge by the hour for my services. Each one of my dishes has a specific preparation time. I have sample set menus with many substitutions available at no extra cost.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?After they have looked at my menu, we eliminate dishes with their dietary restrictions and make adjustments / modifications.
