- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our prices are simple it all goes by the square foot! It does not go by the value of the piece!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I travel mostly here in the U.S.A. due to the uncertainty of everywhere else. I see a lot of rugs and carpets and manufactures and the mills. There are a lot of great quality rugs /carpets here in the U.S.A. that are missed by the everyday eye.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Benson Rugs has been the rug cleaning business since 1944. when I was small my father taught me a lot about the works of art and I wanted to learn more and more. When he passed away at a young age I wanted to continue what I was doing and continue the family name. today I thrive on explaining to clients from all over what they should look for in a rug and the quality and what to stay away from.
