- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have service safety and alcohol training every quarter to make sure our staff is up to date.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
The most common jobs we do are drop off/set up caterings. While we are staffed and equipped to do full service at any venue ( and have done many in the past) we find that most people we work with are doing large family events in their homes that don't require a server. As it is we have become set up specialists!
