FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have a flat hourly rate based on indoor work or outdoor work, with a 1-hour minimum charge. We discount our hourly rates for active and former military, law enforcement, emergency services and school teachers. We don't ask for any payments until the job is complete. We take checks, credit cards and will take cash when it's the clients preference...and we put a LIFETIME guarantee on the work we do.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once we have won the bid, we begin direct communication with the customer. We want to find a date and time that suits their schedule and ours. We'll ask the customer to provide pictures or descriptions that were not included in their request for a bid. Once onsite, we do a pre-work walk though to make sure we are ready and are aware of any unforeseen issues. We then work quick, clean and quietly - making sure we protect our surroundings. We involve the customer if needed, and encourage an audience and questions as we work. Once the job is completed we have the customer inspect the work, clean up our area and supplies...and enjoy the resulting smiles. We only ask for a payment once we see their smile - because we aren't finished until the customer is happy.
