Donna and Heather are cleaning our rental property. It is so important that the house be sparkling clean for the guests. I was looking for a housekeeper for my mother in Bradenton Fla and I am in Maryland. When I found Dazzle Cleaning Services I knew they were the one!!! I spoke to Donna over the phone and found her to be very personable and positive about her cleaning services. She took in account my mothers needs and fulfilled them over expectations. I have recently purchased an investment property that I'm renting out seasonally. I had contacted 3 different cleaning companies from Thumbtack. What impressed me the most was how Donna was the only person that wanted to come by and meet with me. Being in the service industry myself, this was a very good first impression. This to me demonstrates that Donna cares about her work and at the same time also wants to build a relationship with her potential clients. This meeting was very helpful as it allowed me to explain what I was looking for in a cleaning services. Donna is avery good listener and also added some ideas that I haven't even thought about. Donna has a great attention for details and provides 110% with the level of workmanship and service. Donna wasn't the cheapest company however the saying "you get what you pay for" applies. I'm extremely satisfied with Donna and her company and I know we'll be working together for a very long time. On a personal note, Donna is not only amazing at her job she's also an amazing person. She demonstrates so much pride in what she does and cares about you and your property. I'm grateful to have her.
