FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My goal is to offer the best value for money to all our customers. The standard price is calculated by the number of rooms and baths (base price of a deep clean). If the customer wishes or has special requests, we can schedule an appointment to make an estimate in person at no cost. Otherwise, the base price is our final price. Once the day, time and location have been agreed, we schedule the service and immediately begin with the first phase: Planning. A discount can be applied if the customer want recurring maintenance (at least montly).
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The process is the same with all customers. After giving an estimate and agreeing on the date, time and place, we started working. We use the PDCA cycle to ensure the standardization of our process and guarantee the satisfaction of all customers. Plan: Define and develop the service and materials before going to the customer Do: Run the service efficiently Check: 33-point inspection Act: Take necessary corrective actions and report opportunities for improvement.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a lot of experience cleaning first my parents house and then my own house. I have over 20 years of experience cleaning people's homes, rental houses/apto, office spaces and vehicles. Additionally, in our team we have a quality engineer (ISO 9001 lead auditor and 6-sigma training).
