About this pro
I am a realtor and I hired Snapdragon Stage and Design to stage my own house that was for sale. Everyone who saw the house liked how the house showed. I will definitely recommend them to my customers.Apr 3, 2016
We reached out to Pam for a staging consultation prior to listing our home, and it was an incredible experience. Pam is friendly, creative, and professional. We have continued to reach out to Pam occasionally, and she remains a wonderful adviser. Thank you, Pam! -Nhi & RobAug 10, 2015Verified
I hired Pam to stage my grandmother's house that I completely renovated. She worked with me on my budget and had many good suggestions and advice throughout my project. I looked at all the other stagers in the surrounding areas and none of their portfolios struck my interest and level of taste. But Pam's did. I think hers stuck out. I was right! Hiring her was the right choice. The house is simply STUNNING! It looks like something out of property brothers. I DEFINITELY suggest her over the choices out there. You won't be disappointed and her prices are good, too.Mar 12, 2015Pamela D.'s reply

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)? For decorating and redesign clients I offer an Initial Consultation of up to 2 hours for $150, during which time we can work on a wide range of solutions, such as paint selection, furniture arrangement and/ or selection, finish selections and more, depending on the needs of the client. I also provide a proposal for additional work if indicated, based on the clients goals and preferences. Home Staging services start with a detailed Staging Report for $175, as well as stair-stepped services and staging packages. In addition I offer hourly rates of $100 per hour for Design Time ( floor plans, sketches, finish and product selections and one-on-one meetings), and $80 per hour for unaccompanied Shopping Time. I also pass on Trade Discounts to my clients from dozens of vendors like Wayfair, Pottery Barn, Ballard Designs and Crate and Barrel, to name a few.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Projects typically start with a face-to-face consultation at the client's location. Sometimes I work with out-of-town clients, in which case I visit the property and then email the results of my visit, followed by a phone call. From that point, it all depends on the clients needs and preferences as to how we proceed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I am certified as a Home Stager and Redesigner, Interior Decorator , Color Consultant, and Window Covering Specialist. I participate in numerous training workshops and seminars throughout the year to stay current. I also specialize in Real Estate Investment staging services, both as a real estate investor myself, and having trained with such RE investor gurus as John Schaub and Ian Flannigan.
